Outhired is operated by LockedIn AI, which also makes an AI interview copilot. Contact: support@lockedinai.com. We answer takedown and billing mail first.

Advertising placement, and nothing else. Your payment buys a position on a public leaderboard, ordered by the cumulative dollars each listing has paid. You are not buying applicants, a hire, a guaranteed final position, or a followed link.

Nothing is reserved. Someone can pay more a minute later and take the spot above you. Your dollars never expire and never decay, so you can be outbid off #1 but you cannot be pushed off the board.

Apply links carry rel="sponsored" and are never followed by search engines. Paid rank cannot buy a followed link, and no amount of payment changes your declared AI-policy answer.

Placement is delivered the moment payment settles, so payments are not refundable. The one exception is a listing we remove ourselves: we refund that payment.

A chargeback subtracts those dollars back off your total, so a disputed payment cannot keep buying rank.

A real, open job at a company you are authorised to recruit for, and an apply link on that company's own domain. We strip query strings from apply links, and we do not accept link shorteners or chat and invite links.

We remove, without refund, listings that are not real jobs, that mislead about pay or the role, that point anywhere deceptive, or that are posted by someone with no authority to post them. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you submit, and for having the right to use any name or mark in it.

Email support@lockedinai.com with the listing URL. If you are the employer, or the listing concerns you, we remove it the same day we read the mail — no argument, no justification needed.

Every listing may answer one question: whether AI assistance is allowed in that employer's interviews. We publish only what the employer declared, with the date they declared it. We never infer an answer, and "not stated" means exactly that — never that the answer was no.

If your answer is shown wrongly, email us and we will correct or remove it the same day.

What you typed into the listing form, and the email Stripe gives us with your payment, so we can contact you about it. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.

For visitor counts we store a one-way hash of a secret plus the day plus the visitor's IP address. The IP itself is never written down, and the hash cannot be reversed without the secret. We set no advertising cookies and run no third-party analytics or trackers.

Outhired is provided as-is. We are not a party to anything that happens between you and anyone who applies, and we do not vet employers, candidates, or the pages we link to. Our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the preceding 30 days.

If these terms change materially we will change the date at the top and note it on the page. Continuing to use the site after that is acceptance.
