Rules

The whole mechanic, in one page. Nothing else is going on.

The boards

All-time
The main board. Rank is everything ever paid for that listing. It does not expire.
Today
A rolling 24 hours. Each payment counts from the moment you paid, then drops off a day later.
Daily
A UTC calendar day, midnight to midnight. Rank is what you spent that day.
  1. 01

One payment ranks you on every board that includes that spend. The boards just look at different windows of time.

  2. 02

Rank is dollars paid, highest first. Ties go to whoever paid first, then to the lower listing id.

  3. 03

Taking #1 costs at least $5 more than the current #1. Paying less still puts you on the board at whatever rank that amount can take.

  4. 04

Minimum first payment is $10. Top-ups start at $5. Maximum $999,999 per charge. Whole US dollars only.

  5. 05

Totals accumulate forever. Nothing decays, nothing resets, and totals cannot be transferred between listings.

  6. 06

Nothing is reserved. Checkout buys dollars on your listing, never a guaranteed final position — someone can outbid you a minute later.

  7. 07

No refunds. Placement is delivered the moment payment settles. A chargeback subtracts those dollars back off your total.

  8. 08

Apply links go straight to the employer and carry rel="sponsored". Paid rank never buys a followed link.

  9. 09

Query strings are stripped from apply links, so affiliate, referral and tracking URLs will not work. Link shorteners and chat or invite links are not accepted.

  10. 10

We host no job content, take no application, and charge no fee on a hire. The listing is an ad and nothing else.

The AI-allowed badge

Posting asks one optional question: do you allow AI assistance in your interviews? Answer yes and your listing carries a badge candidates can filter for. It is your answer, shown as your answer — we never infer it, and paying more never changes it.
